On our first day in year 6, we played a maths game. Using the numbers 1-9 we had to roll a dice to generate a total ,applying arithmetic and addition skills to win by eliminating all numbers the fastest.

Year 6 Nurture Lesson
In their nurture lesson, Year 6 created presentations on their chromebooks about how to keep safe. They first chose a specific topic such as water safety, fire safety or stranger danger. After doing some research they then created a powerpoint to present how to protect themselves from dangers.

Year 6 Geography- Brazil Nut Life Cycle
In our Geography lesson we have been looking at the life cycle of the Brazil Nut and looked at the effects for plants, animals and people if the Agouti (animal that eats the nut) becomes extinct.
