Welcome to our SEND page.
At Darwen St James we value all our learners and strive to make sure our children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are nurtured and cared for within our inclusive academy. Our staff receive ongoing training to help them cater for a variety of needs so that children with receive a broad and balanced curriculum. We believe that all children, including those with special educational needs, have an entitlement to be involved in all aspects of school life including clubs, trips and holding positions of responsibility.
